considering purpose

how can i find a way to imam & a knowledge that is connected to imam's ocean of knowledge?

what i got today was that it is very important that while you are studying, you should always consider the purpose!

i don't mean the final purpose which is being a good "abd" for God!

i mean a middle aim/goal !

just in every moment have in your mind :

Ok, what do you want from this course/ this book/ this study?

just a bunch of knowledge which is called "savad" taken from the "asvad" meaning black in Arabic!

sth which just darkens your mind...
